About Us
Neuquén Engineering Services Company
ENSI is a leading Argentine company in the energy industry, with more than three decades of experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of industrial assets.
It was established in 1991 with the objective of completing the construction, assembly, and commissioning of the Heavy Water Industrial Plant (PIAP), as well as carrying out its operation and maintenance.
As part of the nuclear energy value chain, ENSI has developed and maintained—over time—high-level capabilities based on international standards of technical excellence.
Building on these capabilities, in 1995, ENSI added an Oil & Gas unit, providing operation, maintenance, and asset management services for industrial plants and oil/gas fields. The company has spent 30 years operating in the Neuquén Basin, Chubut, Santa Cruz, and Tierra del Fuego.

The operation and maintenance of the Heavy Water Industrial Plant (PIAP), and operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the oil and gas sector, provided to operators active in the Argentine Patagonia.
Both units are guided by a shared mission statement: “To provide comprehensive services to the energy industry through asset management, based on the competence of our personnel, corporate social responsibility, our commitment to environmental protection, personnel safety, and energy efficiency.”
Commitment to Excellence
ENSI has built solid expertise in industrial operation and maintenance, underpinned by Asset Management (ISO 55000), Process Safety Management (PSM), and Energy Efficiency (ISO 50001).
This management approach is supported by international standards—ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), and ISO 50001 (Energy Efficiency)—as well as ISO 14064 verification (Carbon Footprint), all of which ensure the quality, safety, and sustainability of our processes.
